The extension included an upstairs en-suite with a wet floor showering area and dressing room / toilet. The downstairs comprised of a TV / sitting room / office with solid oak flooring throughout. As I work in Information Technology my office specification was particularly high and required a great deal of liaison and co-ordination. During the construction, I was working abroad and this required John and his team to have full access to my property in my absence. I found them to be totally honest and trustworthy,(he even had a professional cleaning company clean my whole house) I have no hesitation in recommending John O’Donnell & Son as I found them very professional and easy to deal with including planning changes etc, the end result was more than expected due to ongoing detail changes. Letter of Satisfaction & Recommendation The development and construction of the extension (Sunroom) to our house has made an extremly positive transformation to our living space. My wife and I have been impressed with your approach to our project from Planning through to Completion, and which was executed with minimum disruption during the Spring & Summer of 2009, when weather was not always kind. We were particularly impressed by: 1. The fact that the work started exactly when promised. 2. The hard work and regular time keeping of your own workforce was notable - they arrived promptly everyday when they said they would and got down to work quickly. 3. There was minimal disruption to the rest of the house. 4. The site was cleaned up and left tidy after the day's work was finished. 5. The workforce were polite and courteous, and 6. Communication was good throughout, and when unexpected problems arose, these were fully discussed and resolved. Overall the quality of the finished building is excellent which is a testament to the high level of knowledge and skill of your workforce and the sub-contractors. We have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone considering domestic building work. Many thanks for an excellent job. In 2007,we employed John O'Donnell to contstruct an extension to our home at the below address. We are very happy we did. The work started on time and proceeded briskly. We were very impressed with the scheduling, with joiners, electricians and so on arriving at just the right time and so keeping the job moving along. The job was completed on schedule. The men who worked on our extension were very professional, producing work of good quality and reacting in a very helpful way to requests for one or two minor alterations.
